Valence is an AI shopping assistant for Shopify stores. Shoppers ask it questions in chat; it answers from your own policies, searches your live catalog, recommends products that go together, and adds items to the cart. It uses the same cart and checkout as your theme.
Through Shopify. Valence has monthly and yearly plans with a 7-day free trial, prepaid credits that never expire, and optional on-demand usage on monthly plans. Every charge is approved in your Shopify admin and appears on your Shopify bill.

Valence reads your catalog and policies through the Shopify API to answer shoppers, and records only what is needed to show you results and bill usage. It never stores shopper payment details, and uninstalling erases the store data after 48 hours.
